Tonight all the workers were very friendly. The one actually asked me if I wanted a refill when he saw I still had food left & finished my drink! And the burgers are fresh with fresh toppings and the 50/50 sunset lemonade
Avoided the line! Ordered using the Shack's mobile app. Placing the order was easy and getting a text notification that my order was ready for pick up was a nice touch. More importantly when I opened the box the burger was perfect!
One of the best burgers for fast food. I haven’t had burgers in awhile. I was in the neighborhood so I stopped by. Definitely don’t regret it!
Had a hankering for Shake Shack today and I’m glad I visited the Baychester location. In addition to the eating area being clean, Nyle provided exceptional service. He was available and very kind in bringing utensils and condiments to my table with a beautiful smile! Keep up the good work Nyle!

Jennifer took our order and she was very nice & welcoming and patient with our order. She took the time to repeat our order to make sure she got everything right. While eating in, we also noticed Jennifer was going around in the restaurant making sure the dinning area was cleaning. Cleaning tables and sweeping the floor. Jennifer is the definition of what a great customer service is. Thank you Jennifer!
The place was clean, service was quick and simple; food was good. Their teamwork needs improvement though, including knowledge of menu items. Edit: Their overall service has definitely gotten better especially their teamwork & customer service. Thankfully wasn't disappointed 5 stars.
Great burgers and I love the fries. Great drinks but pricey. The restaurant is clean. There is outdoor and indoor dining available. Excellent , friendly staff. The best thing is the water. It’s actually very delicious. I always get the water.
